Key Management Personnel
JCMCS is a minority-owned Construction Management and Consulting Services firm established in 2004. The Company serves clients in the commercial and industrial private sector as well as government agencies at the local, state and federal levels. JCMCS provides its services across multiple markets as a prime or sub contractor through six separate practice groups, which are:
(1) Construction Management;
(2) General Construction;
(3) Facilities Management;
(4) Environmental Services; and
(5) Consulting Services.
Prospective clients have the option of retaining the Company for construction services or in one of our consulting services areas, or selecting integrated solutions. JCMCS’ vision is to become one of the premier construction management, general construction, and professional consulting services firms in the industry. With each contract, we strive to be creative yet practical in order to provide outstanding technical expertise and to be especially responsive to our clients’ needs and budgets. As a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) in the District of Columbia, JCMCS pursues fully integrated solutions that are targeted to each client’s specific needs. With its principal place of business in Washington, D.C., the Company focuses its business activity on clients in the Mid-Atlantic Region but serves clients in other select markets in the United States. Notwithstanding the Company’s bona fide designation as a “minority-owned company” for the purpose of local and federal government contracting, JCMCS is well positioned and committed to becoming one of the preeminent construction and specialized consulting services firms in the Mid-Atlantic Region and in the nation.
